无锡市德瑞无缝钢管有限公司的前身是无锡县无缝钢管厂和锡山市无缝钢管有限公司，创建于1984年，1988年成为中国石化总公司定点企业。公司位于风景秀丽的太湖之滨，紧靠苏锡公路和京杭大运河，离沪宁高速公路出入口8公里，水路空交通十分便利。

本公司专业生产制造冷拔无缝钢管，公司现有职工380人，技术人员35人，公司占地面积49070平方米，其中仓库面积2200平方米，固定资产5000万元，年生产冷拔无缝钢管50000吨。
The company is specializing in the production of Cold Drawn Seamless Steel Tubes, with a mill covers an area of 49,070 square meters. There are more than 400 employees including 10% technical engineers.

其中低中压锅炉用无缝钢管、高压锅炉用无缝钢管、高压化肥设备用无缝钢管、石油裂化用无缝钢管获国家颁发的生产许可证，07Cr2A1MoA（抗H2S应力腐蚀用无缝钢管）获全国锅炉及压力容器标准化技术委员会颁发的锅炉压力容器用材料技术评审证书。
Our factory can supply products according to standards GB, ASTM, API 5CT, API 5L and DIN. Products specifications range from (Outside Dia) 1/8 in. to 4 in. (8mm to 114mm) and wall thickness from 1mm to 15mm. Our annual manufacturing capacity has reached 500,000 metric tons.
产品使用在30万千瓦、20万千瓦、12万千瓦等电站锅炉、石化行业的60万吨乙烯、120万吨乙烯装置、07Cr2A1MoA无缝钢管是进口高含硫原油炼制过程中抗H2S腐蚀的克星。产品广泛应用于石油化工、锅炉制造、容器制造、医疗设备、汽车制造等行业。
The product is used in boilers for power station with the power of 300,000kW, 200,000kW, 120,000kW, 600,000 metric tons and 1,200,000 metric tons polythene facility for the petrochemical industry. 07Cr2A1MoA seamless Tubes are used well to resist H2S corrosion in the process of oil refining from the imported high S contented crude oil.
本公司产品质量稳定，技术装备精良，主要装备有Φ50穿孔机组一台、Φ80穿孔机组一台、冷拔机十六台、矫直机六台、燃气连续式热处理炉两座，其中有一台刚改造为60M长度，是无锡地区炉子最长的，原用燃烧自发煤气，现全部用上西气东输天然气炉子，炉子改造成电脑全自动调节燃气炉子，在60M炉子中，温差为3－5度，有效的保证所有合金钢管质量和各钢种无缝钢管的质量。主要检测设备有涡流探伤机三台、超声波探伤机一台、水压实验机两台、万能材料实验机两台、快速光谱分钢仪两台、硬度机两台、并配有化学分析、金相试验设备等。
The mill is equipped with advanced facilities, including 2 sets of piercer, 16 sets of cold draw machines, 6 sets strengthening machines, 2 sets of computerized continuous heat treatment furnaces. One set of the furnaces with 60m length, the temperature difference is controlled within 3 to 5 centigrade. Moreover, we have full set of inspection facilities, which including 3 sets of eddy current testing facilities, one set of ultrasonic testing machine, one set of hydrostatic testing machine, 2 sets of material inspection facilities, 2 sets of spectroscopic analysis facilities, 2 sets of hardness testing machines, as well as the facilities for chemical analysis and micro structure testing.
